0. แหล่งความรู้ของครู AI

หลักการเก็บความรู้การสอนดนตรีของครู AI (แหล่งที่มา วิธีการ ฐานทางกฎหมาย และช่องทางสำหรับเจ้าของสิทธิ์) อยู่ที่ แหล่งความรู้และสิทธิ์การใช้งาน

1. ข้อมูลที่เราเก็บ

• บัญชีผู้ใช้: อีเมลและรหัสผ่าน (เข้ารหัส) สำหรับเข้าสู่ระบบ ผ่าน Supabase Auth
• ข้อมูลโปรไฟล์: ชื่อที่แสดง, ระดับ, แพ็กเกจสมาชิก, คะแนน EXP, เหรียญ/เพชรในแอป
• ข้อมูลการฝึกซ้อม: สถิติการเล่น (คะแนน, ความแม่นยำ, เวลาซ้อม), ความสำเร็จ, ประวัติการเรียน
• ประวัติการแชทกับครู AI: ข้อความที่คุณส่งและคำตอบ เพื่อให้บทสนทนาต่อเนื่อง
• ข้อมูลอุปกรณ์: ภาษาที่ใช้, การตั้งค่าภายในแอป, การอนุญาตกล้อง/ไมโครโฟน (เฉพาะเมื่อใช้ฟีเจอร์นั้น)
• ข้อมูลการชำระเงิน: จัดการโดยผู้ให้บริการชำระเงิน (Stripe / PromptPay / Alipay / WeChat) — แอปไม่เก็บเลขบัตรหรือรหัสสลิป

2. เราใช้ข้อมูลอย่างไร

• ให้บริการฟีเจอร์หลัก: เรียน, ฝึกซ้อม, ครู AI, รายงานพัฒนาการ
• ปรับปรุงประสบการณ์และให้คำแนะนำเฉพาะบุคคล
• ประมวลผลการชำระเงินและจัดการสิทธิ์สมาชิก
• ส่งการแจ้งเตือนที่คุณสมัครรับ (เช่น เตือนซ้อม) — ปิดได้ในการตั้งค่า

3. ข้อความ AI ถูกส่งไปที่ไหน

ข้อความที่คุณส่งให้ครู AI จะถูกส่งไปยังผู้ให้บริการโมเดล AI ที่แอปกำหนดค่าไว้ (ผู้ดูแลระบบเลือกได้: Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude, DeepSeek ผ่าน OpenRouter เป็นต้น) เพื่อสร้างคำตอบ และเสียงครู AI ใช้บริการ ElevenLabs หรือ Gemini TTS ข้อมูลจะถูกส่งเฉพาะเมื่อคุณใช้งานฟีเจอร์ AI เท่านั้น

4. ผู้ให้บริการภายนอก

• Supabase — ฐานข้อมูล, การยืนยันตัวตน, ฟังก์ชันหลังบ้าน (ประเทศไทย/สหรัฐฯ ตามภูมิภาคของบริการ)
• Google — วิดีโอบทเรียน (YouTube embed), โมเดล Gemini, การวิเคราะห์สถิติ
• Stripe / PromptPay / Alipay / WeChat — การชำระเงิน
• OpenRouter / DeepSeek / Anthropic / ElevenLabs — โมเดล AI (ตามที่ผู้ดูแลระบบเลือก)
• GitHub Pages — โฮสต์เว็บแอป

5. ผู้เยาว์

แอปนี้เป็นเครื่องมือเรียนดนตรีที่เด็กอาจใช้ได้ — หากผู้ใช้อายุต่ำกว่า 13 ปี (หรืออายุขั้นต่ำตามกฎหมายท้องถิ่น) ต้องได้รับความยินยอมจากผู้ปกครองก่อนสมัครใช้งาน

6. การลบข้อมูล

คุณลบบัญชีและข้อมูลทั้งหมดได้เองในแอปทันที: เมนู (☰) → "ลบบัญชี" ระบบจะลบบัญชีและข้อมูลของคุณจากเซิร์ฟเวอร์ถาวร หรือขอลบโดยติดต่อเจ้าของแอป (ข้อมูลติดต่อด้านล่าง) เราจะลบข้อมูลภายใน 30 วัน ยกเว้นข้อมูลที่กฎหมายกำหนดให้เก็บ

1. Data we collect

• Account: email & encrypted password (via Supabase Auth)
• Profile: display name, level, subscription plan, in-app EXP/coins/gems
• Practice data: scores, accuracy, practice time, achievements, lesson history
• AI chat history: messages you send and AI replies, for conversation continuity
• Device info: language, in-app settings, camera/mic permission state (only when used)
• Payments: handled by payment providers (Stripe / PromptPay / Alipay / WeChat) — the app never stores card numbers or transfer slips

2. How we use data

• Provide core features: lessons, practice, AI teacher, progress reports
• Personalize recommendations and improve the experience
• Process payments and manage subscription entitlements
• Send notifications you opt into (e.g., practice reminders) — disable in settings anytime

3. Where AI messages go

Messages you send to the AI teacher are forwarded to the AI model provider configured by the app admin (e.g., Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude, or DeepSeek via OpenRouter) to generate replies; the AI voice uses ElevenLabs or Gemini TTS. Data is sent only when you use AI features.

4. Third-party services

• Supabase — database, auth, backend functions
• Google — lesson videos (YouTube embed), Gemini models, analytics
• Stripe / PromptPay / Alipay / WeChat — payments
• OpenRouter / DeepSeek / Anthropic / ElevenLabs — AI models (admin-selected)
• GitHub Pages — web hosting

5. Children

This is a music-learning app that children may use. Users under 13 (or the local minimum age) must have parental consent to register.

6. Data deletion

You can delete your account and all your data yourself, instantly, inside the app: menu (☰) → "Delete account". It permanently removes your account and data from our servers. You may also request deletion by contacting the app owner (below). We delete within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
